Проводить политические и регуляторные исследования, значимые для бизнеса в сфере общепита, услуг и туризма: отслеживать изменения законодательства, меры господдержки, ограничения и новые требования к заведениям, отелям, турфирмам. Анализировать политические риски для операционной деятельности: санкции, визовый режим, ограничения на въезд/выезд, требования к иностранному персоналу, валютный контроль. Готовить регулярные обзоры и экспресс‑отчёты для руководства: как новые инициативы и публичные заявления властей влияют на выручку, загрузку, себестоимость, сроки запуска новых точек. Мониторить СМИ, соцсети и официальные источники на русском и китайском языках (включая WeChat, Weibo, государственные порталы КНР) собирать и интерпретировать релевантные сигналы для бизнеса. Формировать рекомендации по адаптации бизнес‑модели: какие рынки/направления приостанавливать, какие меры поддержки использовать, как скорректировать планы открытия новых объектов. Участвовать в подготовке переговорной позиции с госорганами и ассоциациями: подбирать правовые и политические аргументы, кейсы из других регионов и стран. Взаимодействовать с головным офисом в Китае: готовить сводки и презентации на китайском языке, согласовывать трактовку регуляторных изменений, участвовать в совещаниях без переводчика. Поддерживать базу политических и регуляторных рисков по регионам присутствия: фиксировать сценарии, вероятности и меры реагирования.

Высшее образование (политология, международные отношения, государственное управление, экономика, юриспруденция). Опыт от 2 лет в политических/регуляторных исследованиях, GR или консалтинге (желательно в потребительском секторе: HoReCa, ритейл, туризм). Свободное владение китайским языком (устный и письменный): подготовка отчётов, участие в переговорах, анализ первоисточников. Уровень HSK 5 6 или эквивалент.
