Определение медицинских показаний и противопоказаний к проведению исследования функции внешнего дыхания методом спирографии. Сбор жалоб, анамнеза жизни и заболевания пациента, анализ полученной от пациентов (их законных представителей) информации. Подготовка пациента к спирографическому исследованию, проведение подробного инструктажа. Подготовка пациента к электрокардиографическому исследованию, проведение подробного инструктажа.Проведение функционального исследования функции внешнего дыхания методом спирографии. Проведение бронходилатационных тестов и интерпретация полученных результатов. Проведение электрокардиографического исследования, регистрация основных и дополнительных отведений. Проведение электрокардиографического исследования с физической нагрузкой и с применением лекарственных препаратов. Проведение электроэнцефалографии с нагрузочными пробами. Проведение санитарно-гигиенического просвещения пациентов (их законных представителей) с целью формирования здорового образа жизни.Проведение диспансерного наблюдения за пациентами с выявленными хроническими неинфекционными заболеваниями. Выявление синдромов нарушений биомеханики дыхания, общих и специфических признаков заболеваний органов дыхания . Расшифровка, описание и интерпретация спирограммы, в том числе с использованием программного обеспечения. Оформление медицинской документации, в том числе в электронном виде. Определение медицинских показаний для оказания скорой, в том числе скорой специализированной, медицинской помощи. Консультирование врачей-специалистов в соответствии с действующими порядками оказания медицинской помощи, клиническими рекомендациями (протоколами лечения) по вопросам оказания медицинской помощи и с учетом стандартов медицинской помощи. Определение медицинских показаний и противопоказаний к проведению функциональной диагностики заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы методом проведения электрокардиографического исследования. Выполнение холтеровского мониторирования артериального давления и холтеровского мониторирования сердечного ритма. Выявление синдромов нарушений биоэлектрической активности и сократительной функции миокарда, внутрисердечной, центральной и периферической гемодинамики.
