- Находить и привлекать новых партнёров: монтажные компании, производителей котельных, поставщиков отопительного оборудования, сервисные и проектные организации. - Самостоятельно выходить на руководителей и специалистов, принимающих решения о закупке оборудования. - Проводить переговоры по телефону, видеосвязи и на личных встречах. - Выяснять потребности партнёров, представлять продукцию и согласовывать условия сотрудничества. - Готовить коммерческие предложения совместно с техническими специалистами компании.- Сопровождать сделки до оплаты и отгрузки, развивать повторные закупки. - Планировать командировки и встречи с потенциальными и действующими клиентами. - Собирать обратную связь о ценах, конкурентах, требованиях к оборудованию и причинах отказов. - Вести клиентскую базу, фиксировать договорённости и следующие действия в CRM. - Формировать прогноз продаж и предлагать действия для развития закреплённой территории.

Кого мы ищем: - Опыт активных продаж компаниям от двух лет. - Коммуникабельность и работа на результат. Будет преимуществом: - Опыт продаж котлов, насосов, инженерной сантехники, вентиляции или другого технического оборудования. - Опыт развития дилерской сети. - Знакомство с монтажными организациями, производителями котельных и поставщиками инженерного оборудования в Поволжье. - Техническое образование.
