Организация работы отдела. Планирование деятельности, постановка задач сотрудникам, контроль исполнения, распределение ответственности. Разработка и внедрение стратегии. Формирование маркетинговой и сбытовой стратегии компании, планирование бюджета на продвижение и рекламу. Анализ рынка и конкурентной среды. Изучение рыночной конъюнктуры, определение целевой аудитории, мониторинг действий конкурентов и трендов. Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями. Координация работы с производственным отделом, логистикой, финансовым департаментом для обеспечения стабильных поставок и эффективных продаж. Управление ассортиментом и выводом новых продуктов. Руководство работой по формированию ассортимента, оценке спроса и работе с обратной связью клиентов. Подбор и обучение персонала. Организация тренингов и повышения квалификации сотрудников отдела. Формирование отчётности и анализ результатов. Оценка выполнения планов, оптимизация каналов сбыта и продвижения продукции. Представительство компании. Участие в переговорах с ключевыми клиентами, партнёрами по сбыту, представление интересов компании на выставках и других мероприятиях.

Стратегическое мышление. Умение разрабатывать и реализовывать маркетинговую стратегию, которая соответствует целям бизнеса. Анализ рынка и конкурентов. Навыки проведения исследований, определения целевой аудитории, позиционирования продукта. Управление бюджетом. Опыт планирования, распределения и контроля бюджета маркетинговых и сбытовых мероприятий, умение оценивать рентабельность инвестиций (ROMI). Знание инструментов. Владение современными инструментами маркетинга (digital-маркетинг, SEO, SMM, контент-маркетинг) и понимание процессов сбыта. Работа с данными. Умение работать с аналитическими инструментами, интерпретировать данные, выделять ключевые показатели эффективности (KPI) и корректировать стратегию на основе аналитики. Управление командой. Навыки руководства, мотивации сотрудников, развития профессиональных навыков команды. Понимание бизнеса. Важно знать продукт (включая стадию разработки и особенности вывода на рынок), разбираться в финансовых показателях и видеть связь маркетинга с выручкой. y Знание CRM-систем.
