Участие в подготовке предложений начальнику отдела, заместителю начальника отдела: - По формированию государственного задания подведомственных государственных унитарных и бюджетных учреждений Херсонской области, включая функции учредителя которых от имени Херсонской области осуществляет Министерство, на очередной финансовый год и на плановый период в части выполнения основных работ; - По проектам государственных и иных программ Херсонской области по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции отдела; - По разработке и реализации мероприятий по развитию транспортной инфраструктуры; - По разработке правовых актов Херсонской области, в том числе приказов Министра, распоряжений Министерства, по вопросам, относящимся к сфере деятельности управления, отдела; - По вопросам совершенствования организации деятельности управления. Осуществляет разработку и реализацию мероприятий по объектам дорожно-транспортной инфраструктуры. Подготавливает следующие перечни: - адресный перечень объектов капитального ремонта государственной собственности, финансирование которых предусмотрено государственной программой; Осуществляет подготовку в установленном порядке проектов нормативных правовых актов Херсонской области и организационно-распорядительных документов Министерства
