Надзор за техническим состоянием буровых установок, выполнением персоналом правил технической эксплуатации и пожарной безопасности; Принятие необходимых мер по устранению выявленных нарушений в эксплуатации оборудования, организация работы с персоналом в организации, участие в составлении плана подразделения по повышению надежности эксплуатации оборудования; Контроль своевременного выполнения мероприятий, предусмотренных актами расследования аварий и отказов в работе, по охране окружающей среды, контроль за наличием на рабочих местах и своевременной корректировкой необходимых схем и чертежей, производственных инструкций, выполнением персоналом их требований; Контроль полноты состава и правильности ведения оперативно-технической документации; Участие в работе комиссий по расследованию аварий и производственного травматизма, обеспечение своевременного оформления результатов расследования и анализ причин аварий и производственного травматизма; Ведение учета аварий и отказов в работе оборудования; Контроль правильности ведения персоналом режима работы оборудования в соответствии с действующими в организации инструкциями, режимными картами; Участие в работе комиссии по приемке вновь вводимого в эксплуатацию оборудования; Участие в работе комиссий и контроль за проверкой знаний персоналом правил технической эксплуатации и пожарной безопасности; Участие в разработке и контроле за выполнением подразделениями планов-графиков проведения противоаварийных и противопожарных тренировок; Участие в работе по аттестации рабочих мест.

Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование; Стаж работы в должности инженера технического надзора и диагностики не менее 5 лет; знание законов и иных нормативно правовых актов Российской Федерации, методических и нормативных документов по технической эксплуатации оборудования; знание режимных карт; знание схем, принципов работы, технических характеристик, конструктивных особенностей эксплуатируемого оборудования; российский и зарубежный опыт в области эксплуатации оборудования; знание основ экономики, организации производства, труда и управления; знание основ трудового законодательства, правил по охране окружающей среды, правил по охране труда и пожарной безопасности; Знание делового, технического английского языка; Знание делового, технического китайского языка; Готовность к частым командировкам (РФ и Китай).
