знать номенклатуры и основные характеристики, находящихся на ответственном хранении материально-технических средств, правила их хранения, осуществление контроля за их комплектностью, наличием и поддержанием в надлежащем состоянии; соблюдать правила хранения, приема и выдачи материально-технических средств, недопущение их порчи и недостачи; принимать и выдавать материально-технические средства по установленным первичным учетным документам; вести учет материально-технических средств, находящихся в хранилище; представлять в установленные сроки первичные учетные документы по приходу и расходу материально-технических средств в финансовый орган и в управление МТО Главного управления; соблюдать нормы и правила укладки материально-технических средств в автомобильный транспорт, вагоны, контейнеры, пакеты, на поддоны и стеллажи; соблюдать технологии обработки и консервации хранимых материально-технических средств, а также сроки их хранения; обеспечивать сохранность и контроль за своевременным освежением материально-технических средств, находящихся на ответственном хранении; своевременно отбирать образцы материально-технических средств, подлежащих физико-механическим (физико-химическим) испытаниям (анализам), в зависимости от сроков хранения и направление их на анализ в лабораторию; осуществлять в хранилище погрузочно-разгрузочных работ и руководство ими с соблюдением при этом правил техники безопасности; знать табель погрузочно-разгрузочных средств и уметь работать на них; принимать меры по обеспечению надежной охраны хранилища, осуществлять контроль за исправностью технических средств сигнализации и охраны; своевременно сдавать хранилище под охрану, а при приеме проводить проверку исправности стен, крыш, дверей, окон, наличия и целостности замков и пломб (оттисков печати); выполнять установленные требования пожарной безопасности, содержать в постоянной готовности средства пожаротушения; проводить ежедневную (по окончании рабочего времени) уборку в помещениях хранилища, не допускать случаев загрязнения прилегающей к хранилищу территории.
