Осуществляет специальные статистические разработки по указанию руководителя организационно-методического отдела, Департамента здравоохранения ХМАО-Югры в пределах установленных МЗ РФ статистической отчётности о деятельности стационара, поликлинической сети, лечебно вспомогательных подразделений больницы, диагностических подразделений, служб восстановительного лечения и реабилитации. Рассчитывает показатели здоровья населения и показатели деятельности медицинской организации, подразделения.Получает первичную учетную медицинскую документацию, анализирует полученные статистические данные, проводит статистические разработки. Представляет в установленном порядке исчисленные показатели о деятельности больницы в Департамент здравоохранения ХМАО-Югры, главному врачу учреждения. Составляет проект плана развития здравоохранения медицинской организации для включения его в план социально экономического развития региона.Планирует на основе анализа конкретной ситуации в регионе развитие различных видов медицинской помощи населению.Организует работу в организации по внедрению передового опыта элементов научной организации труда в организациях.Организует систему контроля исполнения запланированных мероприятий. Осуществляет контроль над выполнением запланированных мероприятий в организации.Проводит инструктаж работников больницы по вопросам организационно-методической работы в системе ОМС, методических совещаний, конференций по обмену опытом.Проводит организационно методическую помощь специалистам больницы обучает методикам анализа и расчета статистических показателей, методам их оценки и сравнения при подготовке аттестационных работ, при формировании резерва на руководящие должности.Осуществляет организацию и проведение тематических семинаров, совещаний и конференций с врачебным и средним медицинским персоналом по вопросам организации работы в системе ОМС.

Наличие профессионального медицинского образования, имеющее специализацию и аккредитацию по специальности "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье", "Управление сестринской деятельностью" без предъявления требований к стажу работы. Наличие справки об отсутствии судимости.
