собирать, проверять и систематизировать первичные документы (счета, акты, накладные, инвойсы), в том числе на китайском языке; готовить данные для формирования бюджета и платёжного календаря под руководством финансового менеджера, вносить плановые и фактические показатели в таблицы и учётные системы; вести реестр платежей, отслеживать статусы оплат, напоминать ответственным о сроках, фиксировать отклонения; помогать в подготовке управленческой и регламентированной отчётности: сводить данные, проверять логику расчётов, оформлять пояснения по простым статьям; участвовать в план‑факт анализе: выгружать цифры, подсвечивать расхождения, собирать комментарии от подразделений; проверять договоры и документы на корректность финансовых условий и реквизитов, выявлять очевидные несоответствия и передавать на согласование старшему специалисту; вести коммуникацию с контрагентами, бухгалтерией и внутренними подразделениями на китайском языке (почта, WeChat) по типовым запросам (статус оплаты, запрос документов, уточнение сроков); отслеживать базовые изменения валютного и налогового регулирования, актуализировать справочники курсов валют, реквизитов и лимитов в рабочих файлах.

свободное владение китайским языком (HSK 5 или эквивалент) обязательно для переписки, проверки документов и уточнения деталей у китайской стороны; профильное образование (финансы, экономика, бухучёт) либо текущий профильный курс + готовность быстро осваивать финансовые процессы; базовые знания бухгалтерского и управленческого учёта, понимание логики статей бюджета и движения денежных средств; понимание основ валютного контроля РФ и специфики расчётов в юанях (CNY/CNH), знание терминов Инкотермс и базовых принципов ВЭД желательно; уверенный Excel (формулы, сводные таблицы, ВПР/XLOOKUP, условное форматирование), опыт работы в 1С или аналогах обязательно;
