Требуется стрелок для охраны полевых ремонтных мастерских, где восстанавливают технику и оборудование.Задача — обеспечить безопасность персонала и техники во время ремонта, исключить проникновениепосторонних и попытки вывода из строя инфраструктуры. Разовая выплата — до 4 000 000 ₽. Надбавки за охрану производственной зоны, ночные смены и особые условия. Годовой доход — до 9 050 000 ₽ с учётом всех начислений. Условия: Защитная экипировка (бронежилет, шлем), стрелковое вооружение, средства связи, фонари и приборыночного видения. Питание, медобслуживание, страхование. Отпуск — 2 недели каждые полгода. Компенсация проезда к месту службы и в отпуск. Задачи: Патрулирование периметра мастерской, контроль подходов, выявление подозрительной активности. Проверка документов, контроль доступа, досмотр транспорта и грузов, контроль пломб. Недопущение фото‑ и видеосъёмки технологических процессов, защита служебной информации. Реагирование на тревоги, локализация угроз, взаимодействие с дежурными и ремонтными бригадами. Ведение журналов учёта, актов, фотофиксация инцидентов, оформление отчётности. Обслуживание вооружения, экипировки и средств связи, контроль исправности оборудования. Участие в учениях по защите производственной площадки и сценариям ЧС. Требования: Гражданство РФ, возраст до 63 лет. Категория здоровья А, Б (В — по согласованию). Дисциплинированность, внимательность, способность долго сохранять концентрацию. Готовность пройти подготовку либо опыт службы/охраны технических объектов. Отсутствие судимостей. Соцпакет: Льготная ипотека, жилищные программы. Статус ВБД (при наличии оснований), льготы на обучение. Сохранение рабочего места на период контракта и 3 месяца после.
