1. Подготовка и запуск линии Проверка оборудования: Визуальный осмотр узлов линии (дозаторов, смесителей, пресса, охладителя, просеивателя и т.д) на предмет исправности и отсутствия посторонних предметов. Настройка режимов: Установка параметров гранулирования Запуск линии: Последовательный пуск агрегатов в работу. 2. Ведение технологического процесса Контроль кондиционирования: Регулирование подачи пара и воды в смеситель-кондиционер для достижения оптимальной влажности и температуры рассыпного комбикорма перед прессованием. Управление прессом: Мониторинг нагрузки на главный двигатель пресс-гранулятора, предотвращение забивания матрицы сырьем. Регулирование охлаждения: Контроль процесса охлаждения горячих гранул в охладительной колонне до регламентной температуры. Просеивание и крошение: Обеспечение качественного отделения крошки и несгранулированной части корма (возврат на повторный круг) и настройка измельчителя (при производстве крупки). 3. Контроль качества и учет Мониторинг параметров: Постоянный визуальный и инструментальный контроль качества готовых гранул (диаметр, длина, прочность, цвет, отсутствие гари). Отбор проб: Периодический отбор образцов продукции для лабораторного анализа в соответствии с графиком. Ведение журналов: Заполнение сменного журнала, фиксация объемов выработанного комбикорма, расхода сырья и технологических сбоев. 4. Техническое обслуживание и безопасность Очистка оборудования: Регулярная очистка матрицы, роликов пресса, магнитных уловителей (от металлических примесей) и внутренних поверхностей узлов. Устранение неполадок: Оперативная остановка линии при аварийных ситуациях, участие в мелком ремонте и замене расходных деталей (ножи, сита, матрицы). Соблюдение правил: Строгое выполнение требований охраны труда, пожарной и промышленной безопасности на рабочем месте.

опыт работы с производственным или технологическим оборудованием желательно от 1 года; знание принципов работы оборудования для гранулирования преимущество; понимание технологического процесса производства гранул; способность контролировать и регулировать основные параметры линии; внимательность, ответственность, техническое мышление; работа в команде; готовность работать в сменном режиме; соблюдение требований охраны труда, пожарной и промышленной безопасности; готовность к обучению и освоению оборудования предприятия.
