Руководство отделом, планирование работ, постановка задач, контроль исполнения, оценка результативности сотрудников. Техническое лидерство: участие в проектировании архитектуры ПО, проведение ко-ревью, контроль соблюдения стандартов разработки. Разработка и сопровождение программного обеспечения на C/C++ с использованием Qt 5 под Linux, ЗОСРВ КПДА / QNX. Взаимодействие с заказчиками и смежными подразделениями (конструкторские бюро, отделы испытаний, служба безопасности): согласование технических требований, приёмка результатов. Контроль ведения проектной документации в соответствии с ЕСПД (ГОСТ 19.xxx, ГОСТ 34.xxx). Обеспечение соответствия разрабатываемого ПО требованиям стандартов ЕСПД, внутренних стандартов, информационной безопасности и сертификации (ФСТЭК, Минобороны РФ). Управление техническим долгом: планирование рефакторинга, обновление инструментов и библиотек, миграция между версиями ОС. Управление пусконаладочными работами и испытаний ПО на стендах и объектах (включая командировки).

Высшее техническое (информатика и вычислительная техника, программная инженерия, автоматизация и управление, радиоэлектроника. Технические навыки: - Linux, AstraLinux уверенная работа. - C, C++ (C++11/14/17): глубокое понимание языка, работы с памятью, многопоточности, низкоуровневого программирования. - Qt 5: уверенный опыт разработки GUI-приложений (Qt Widgets, сигналы/слоты, модели данных, работа с сетью). - QNX / ЗОСРВ КПДА: понимание микроядерной архитектуры, механизмов обмена сообщениями (IPC), принципов жёсткого реального времени, диспетчеризации потоков. - POSIX: знание стандарта, опыт программирования POSIX-совместимых систем. - Сборка и CI: CMake, GCC/Clang, опыт настройки процессов сборки под целевую платформу. - Git, Mercurial, системы контроля версий и управления задачами (Jira, Redmine и/или аналоги). - Знание ГОСТ (ГОСТ 19.xxx, ГОСТ 34.xxx) и стандартов ЕСПД и опыта оформления программной документации (ТЗ, спецификации, описания применения, руководства оператора/программиста). Управленческие навыки: - Опыт планирования работы команды (спринты, вехи, сроки). - Навыки проведения технических собеседований, адаптации и развития сотрудников. - Способность принимать технические решения в условиях ограничений и неопределённости. Готовность к оформлению допуска к государственной тайне. Готовность к командировкам по России. Будет преимуществом: - Знание основных ЕСПД, проведение этапов ОКР. - Опыт разработки драйверов и работы с аппаратными интерфейсами (GPIO, UART, CAN, ARINC, Ethernet). - Опыт работы в системе Astra Linux. - Опыт работы с графическим модулем Photon (для КПДА.00002-01). - Знание интерфейсов обмена данными в АСУ ТП (TCP IP, UDP, Modbus, OPC UA и др.). - Опыт проведения (участия) в ОКР, в сертификации ПО по требованиям ФСТЭК / Минобороны. - Опыт работы в условиях импортозамещения и миграции ПО с зарубежных платформ. - Опыт работы Qt 5.x
