Работа с первичной документацией. Приём, проверка и обработка табелей учёта рабочего времени, приказов, больничных листов, графиков отпусков, служебных записок. Выявление ошибок или несоответствий и информирование об этом руководителя или ответственного сотрудника. Начисление выплат. Расчёт заработной платы (оклад, премии, надбавки), отпускных, пособий по временной нетрудоспособности, компенсаций (например, за использование личного инструмента), материальной помощи, выплат при увольнении. Учёт удержаний. Расчёт и отражение в учёте НДФЛ, страховых взносов (в СФР, ФОМС), а также других удержаний (по исполнительным листам, профсоюзным взносам). Формирование платёжных документов. Подготовка ведомостей, реестров, платёжных поручений для перечисления средств сотрудникам, налогов и взносов. Отчётность. Подготовка и сдача отчётных форм в налоговые органы (например, 6-НДФЛ), в Социальный фонд России (РСВ, ЕФС-1), а также персонифицированных сведений. Ответы на требования контролирующих органов. Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями. Консультирование сотрудников по вопросам начислений и удержаний. Согласование документов с кадровой службой, руководителями подразделений. Участие в инвентаризациях. Сопоставление фактических данных с учётными при проверках расчётов с персоналом. Систематизация и хранение. Ведение регистров бухгалтерского учёта по своему участку, подготовка документов для передачи в архив. Контроль и анализ. Слежение за соблюдением сроков расчётов, выявление отклонений или нестандартных ситуаций, предложение мер по оптимизации процессов

Требования опираются на профстандарт Бухгалтер (приказ Минтруда № 103н) и ЕКС (для госучреждений)
