-работа по сбору и анализу информации о текущих ценах строительных ресурсов, применяемых при строительстве объектов капитального строительства Свердловской области; -проверка получаемой от поставщиков, производителей и подрядных организации информации и документации, ее состава и качества; -проверка обоснованности стоимости строительных ресурсов, указанных в сметной документации; -подготовка отчетных данных результатов работы по сбору и анализу информации о текущих ценах строительных ресурсов, применяемых при строительстве объектов капитального строительства Свердловской области; -выполнение расчетов и обоснования текущих цен строительных ресурсов; - участие в привлечении поставщиков, производителей и подрядных организаций к удовлетворению нужд строительного комплекса Свердловской области, касающихся ценообразования в строительстве; -корректировка текущих цен строительных ресурсов и обосновывающих документов по замечаниям государственной экспертизы; - выполнение работ в федеральной государственной информационной системе ценообразования в строительстве; - сбор информационных материалов для подготовки отчетов, обобщений и других документов; -изучение технической документации для разрешения вопросов характеристик строительных ресурсов; - выполнение иных поручений начальника отдела

1. Высшее профессиональное (в сфере строительства или экономическое) образование; 2. стаж работы в области ценообразования и сметного дела не менее 3 лет; 3. Знание прикладных программных продуктов для автоматизации обработки числовой информации; знание порядка работы с федеральными государственными информационными системами ценообразования в строительстве; 4. Грамотная устная и письменная речь; 5. Ответственность, исполнительность, коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость, желание получения опыта и профессионального роста; 6. Знание: - законов и иных нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации в области градостроительной деятельности; - строительных норм и правил; - стандартов в строительстве; - принципов взаимодействия с производителями и поставщиками строительных ресурсов с целью сбора информации о текущих ценах; - строительного материаловедения; - видов строительных конструкций; - технологии строительных процессов и производства; - правил заключения договоров и государственных контрактов; - состава, содержания, порядка разработки и согласования сметной документации на различных стадиях инвестиционно-строительного процесса; - основ бухгалтерского учета и налогообложения в строительстве.
