Обеспечивает содержание автобуса в безопасном техническом состоянии: проверяет техническое состояние автобуса перед каждым выездом на линию; устраняет неисправности автобуса, возникшие при работе на маршруте, не требующие разборки автобуса. Имеет в наличии необходимую путевую документацию, комплекты упоров для подкладывания под колеса, спереди и сзади на кузове автобуса опознавательного знака Дети; двух исправных огнетушителей и двух укомплектованных медицинских аптечек; исправных ремней безопасности на каждом пассажирском месте. Перед выездом в рейс в установленном порядке проходит медицинский осмотр с отметкой в путевом листе и соответствующей записью в журнале предрейсовых и послерейсовых медицинских осмотров, а также инструктаж по безопасности дорожного движения. Производить эксплуатацию тахографов в соответствии с действующими законодательными актами на использование тахографов, а так же согласно руководству по эксплуатиции устройства. Перед посадкой и высадкой водитель обязан включить аварийную сигнализацию и обеспечить безопасную посадку и высадку обучающихся и воспитанников в автобус на специально оборудованных посадочных площадках со стороны тротуара или обочины дороги. 2.6. Перевозит только детей согласно утвержденному списку и сопровождающих, назначенных соответствующим приказом. Водитель обязан убедиться, что сопровождающие заняли места в салоне автобуса у выходов, и начинает движение по сигналу сопровождающего. Осуществляет перевозку детей в светлое время суток, с включенным ближним светом фар, со скоростью не более 60 км /ч. Соблюдает требования безопасности во время перевозки обучающихся. В пути следования запрещается: отклоняться от графика и заданного маршрута движения; отвлекаться от управления автобусом; курить, вести разговоры; пользоваться сотовым телефоном без специальной гарнитуры; допускать в автобус посторонних лиц; оставлять автобус или покидать свое место, если в салоне автобуса находятся дети; осуществлять движение автобуса задним ходом; покидать свое рабочее место или оставлять транспортное средство, если не приняты меры, исключающие самопроизвольное движение транспортного средства или использование его в отсутствие водителя. Обеспечивает меры безопасности при постановке автобуса на место после возвращения с маршрута и по окончании перевозки: проходит послерейсовый медицинский осмотр; проводит техническое обслуживание автобуса и устраняет все выявленные неисправности, не требующие разборки автобуса. В случае дорожно-транспортного происшествия с травмированием детей принимает меры по оказанию пострадавшим неотложной доврачебной помощи и с ближайшего пункта связи, телефона сотовой связи или с помощью проезжающих водителей вызывает скорую медицинскую помощь и сообщает о происшествии в ГИБДД и администрацию учреждения. Ежегодно повышает профессиональную квалификацию
