Основные требования к кандидату: Образование: Высшее техническое образование (профильное, чаще всего по направлениям «Теплогазоснабжение и вентиляция», «Нефтегазовое дело» или «Строительство»). Опыт работы: Стаж работы на инженерно-технических или руководящих должностях в газовой отрасли / сфере эксплуатации газораспределительных сетей (обычно не менее 3–5 лет). Профессиональные знания: Знание правил проектирования, строительства и безопасной эксплуатации сетей газораспределения и газопотребления. Опыт работы с проектной, рабочей и исполнительной документацией. Понимание принципов планирования технического обслуживания, ремонта и капитального ремонта объектов. Знание требований промышленной безопасности на опасных производственных объектах (ОПО). Навыки работы в рамках программ технологического присоединения и догазификации (включая работу с профильными порталами и базами данных). ПК и ПО: Уверенный пользователь ПК, знание офисных программ (MS Office), систем электронного документооборота и программы «1С:Предприятие», AutoCAD. Основные должностные обязанности: Организация и координация работы производственно-технического отдела / управления. Анализ производственных показателей филиалов и ремонтно-эксплуатационных участков (РЭУ), разработка предложений по повышению эффективности. Контроль за подготовкой и ведением технической и отчетной документации. Взаимодействие со смежными подразделениями компании, а также с контролирующими органами (Ростехнадзор и др.). Контроль за выполнением договорных обязательств по технологическому присоединению и догазификации. Условия работы (согласно корпоративным стандартам): Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ. Стабильная официальная заработная плата. Социальный пакет, добровольное медицинское страхование (ДМС), выплаты по коллективному договору.
