The posting

2.1. обеспечивать системную работу службы эксплуатации, отдела по обслуживанию бассейна, отдела обеспечения безопасности жизнедеятельности, в целях оптимального взаимодействия с другими подразделениями Дирекции, выполнения задач, возложенных на координируемые структурные подразделения; 2.2. организовывать проведение мониторинга деятельности курируемых структурных подразделений и вносить предложения по повышению эффективности работы; 2.3. координировать и контролировать деятельность по комплексному обслуживанию помещений муниципальных учреждений в сфере культуры и молодежной политики (далее - муниципальные учреждения), муниципальных казенных учреждений, регулирование, координацию и контроль деятельности которых осуществляет департамент образования (далее - МКУ в сфере образования), муниципальных казенных учреждений, регулирование и координацию деятельности которых осуществляет Управление культуры (далее - МКУ в сфере культуры); 2.4. принимать участие в разработке технических заданий для заключения договоров/контрактов на поставку запасных частей и оборудования, а также со специализированными подрядными организациями на ремонт и (или) техническое обслуживание зданий, сооружений помещений, инженерных сетей и оборудования муниципальных учреждений; 2.5. обеспечивать организацию работ по подготовке муниципальных учреждений, муниципальных образовательных организаций (далее - МОО) к работе в осенне-зимний период, работе в выходные и праздничные дни; 2.6. участвовать в проведении проверок, обследований технического состояния зданий, сооружений, эффективности работы инженерных систем и оборудования в пределах компетенции Дирекции; 2.7. осуществлять контроль за содержанием в надлежащем санитарном состоянии помещений муниципальных учреждений и прилегающих к ним территорий в соответствии с правилами и нормами производственной санитарии; 2.8. обеспечивать работу котельной, технологического оборудования бассейна муниципального автономного учреждения культуры Центр культуры и спорта Геолог; 2.9. сообщать о необходимой замене, определяя потребность в запасных частях для ремонта узлов, инженерных систем и оборудования, зданий и сооружений муниципальных учреждения в пределах компетенции Дирекции; 2.10 принимать участие в приемке и проверке исправности приобретаемого муниципальными учреждениями; 2.11. обеспечивать координацию и контроль комплексного обслуживания мероприятий, проводимых муниципальными учреждениями и МКУ в сфере культуры; 2.12. организовывать в установленном порядке работу комиссии по приемке МОО, муниципальных учреждений к новому учебному году (в том числе после проведения ремонтных работ);
