Главный бухгалтер: 2.1. Организует работу: 2.1.1. По постановке и ведению бухгалтерского учета предприятия в целях получения полной и достоверной информации о ее финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и финансовом положении, а также предоставления внутренним и внешним пользователям. 2.1.2. По ведению регистров бухгалтерского учета и отчетности на предприятии на основе применения современных технических средств и информационных технологий, прогрессивных форм и методов учета и контроля, исполнению смет расходов, учету имущества, обязательств, основных средств, материально-производственных запасов, денежных средств, финансовых, расчетных и кредитных операций, издержек производства и обращения, реализации продукции, выполнения работ (услуг), финансовых результатов деятельности предприятия. 2.2. Формирует в соответствии с законодательством о бухгалтерском учете учетную политику исходя из специфики условий хозяйствования, структуры, размеров, отраслевой принадлежности, необходимости обеспечения его финансовой устойчивости и других особенностей деятельности предприятия, позволяющую своевременно получать информацию для планирования, анализа, контроля, оценки финансового положения и результатов деятельности предприятия.

На должность главного бухгалтера назначается лицо, отвечающее следующим требованиям: имеющее среднее профессиональное или высшее (экономика и управление; бухгалтерский учет, анализ и аудит) образование, в случае наличия высшего образования не по вышеуказанному направлению - получившее дополнительное профессиональное образование по специальным программам и стаж работы, в том числе на руководящих должностях, не менее трех лет из последних семи календарных лет работы, связанной с ведением бухгалтерского учета, составлением бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности либо с аудиторской деятельностью.
