Проработка ассортимента на основе анализа рекламных и социальных исследований, направленных на выявление потребностей покупателей и спроса. Участие в разработке уникальных предложений на рынке на основе анализа деятельности конкурирующих фирм. Подготовка ассортиментной матрицы и представление ее руководителям и заказчикам. Формирование предложений по внедрению или снятию с производства конкретного продукта, услуги или категории товаров. Исследование рынка и экономической сферы. Выбор поставщика, ведение переговоров и оформление договоров. Оценка надежности партнеров, организация поставок сырья и комплектующих непосредственно от производителей. Мониторинг выполнения партнерами договорных обязательств. Оценка соответствия партий товаров международным и национальным требованиям, а также стандартам качества. Предоставление предложений по смене поставщиков и расторжению договоров на поставку продукции для оптимизации бизнес-процессов, снижения затрат и увеличения прибыли. Анализ отчетов о продажах по отделам и филиалам. Выявление слабых мест в прямых и непрямых продажах. Контроль полноты присутствия продукции в местах продаж. Мониторинг правильности размещения продукции в соответствии с критериями мерчандайзинга и маркетинга. Подсчет продукции, оставшейся на полках. Управление уровнем запасов и сроками выполнения заказов на поставку продукции, пользующейся повышенным спросом. Организация ревизий и инвентаризаций. Проверка, подтверждение и маркировка ассортимента продукции на соответствие требованиям госту и ТУ. Консультирование персонала по вопросам правильного хранения и транспортировки определенных продуктов. Участие в процессах формирования стоимости. Организация работы перевозчиков и экспедиторов, ответственных за перемещение товаров. Составление планов и прогнозов в отношении сбыта. Аналитика ЦА и составление портрета потенциальных и реальных клиентов. Формирование стратегических оптимизационных моделей.
