Руководство подразделениями. Он организует работу структурных единиц поликлиники (отделов, кабинетов, служб) и обеспечивает оказание медицинской помощи амбулаторным пациентам как в самом здании, так и на дому. Планирование и развитие. Участвует в разработке перспективных и текущих планов развития амбулаторного звена, определяет целевые показатели для подразделений. Координация филиалов. Если у организации есть филиалы, заместитель контролирует их медицинскую деятельность, налаживает взаимодействие между ними и другими подразделениями, внедряет в работу филиалов передовые методы и научные достижения. Профилактическая и лечебная работа: Диспансеризация и осмотры. Организует и проводит диспансеризацию населения, целевые осмотры, а также профилактические осмотры декретированных групп (работников промышленности, сельского хозяйства и других). Направление на санаторно-курортное лечение. Отбирает и направляет пациентов на такое лечение. Медико-социальная экспертиза. Взаимодействует с бюро МСЭ: учитывает расхождения экспертных решений, следит за соблюдением порядка направлений пациентов на МСЭ. Контроль качества и экспертиза: Проводит выборочный, текущий и итоговый контроль (по документации или при личном осмотре) за тем, как врачи выполняют свои функции: ставят диагнозы, назначают лечение и реабилитацию, проводят экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности. Участвует в решении сложных клинико-экспертных вопросов. Анализирует заболеваемость, руководит мероприятиями по её снижению, а также анализирует клинико-экспертные ошибки (в том числе в части экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности). Рассматривает претензии страховых медицинских организаций и жалобы пациентов по вопросам качества помощи и экспертизы нетрудоспособности. Работа с персоналом: Организует дополнительное профессиональное образование сотрудников повышение квалификации и профессиональную переподготовку в соответствии с законодательством. Проводит врачебные конференции, на которых обсуждаются вопросы качества помощи, заболеваемости (в том числе с временной утратой трудоспособности), разбираются допущенные ошибки. Административно-документационная работа: Контролирует ведение медицинской документации, учёт и отчётность по направлению амбулаторно-поликлинической работы. Участвует в разработке локальных нормативных актов и контролирует их исполнение. Готовит информационно-аналитические материалы о деятельности подразделений. Взаимодействие: Работает в связке с другими заместителями главного врача, руководителями структурных подразделений, а также с внешними организациями (страховыми компаниями, органами управления здравоохранением, общественными объединениями).
