Подготовка поверхностей под изоляцию: очистка от ржавчины, грязи, старой изоляции, обеспыливание, грунтование. Раскрой и подгонка изоляционных материалов (минеральная вата, базальтовое волокно, пенополистирол, рулонные материалы, мастики и т. д.) по размерам и конфигурации участков (в т. ч. фасонные части: отводы, тройники, арматура). Монтаж теплоизоляции на трубопроводах, оборудовании, строительных конструкциях с соблюдением проектных толщин и технологии укладки. Герметизация стыков, устройство бандажей, крепление изоляции проволокой, скобами, лентами, клеевыми составами. Нанесение защитных покрытий поверх изоляции (оцинковка, стеклоткань, полимерные оболочки, окрасочные составы). Контроль качества выполненных работ: плотность прилегания, отсутствие мостиков холода, герметичность швов, соответствие требованиям проекта и нормативов. Ведение учёта расхода материалов, фиксация объёмов в наряд-заданиях. Уборка рабочего места, вынос строительного мусора, подготовка участка к сдаче этапа работ.

Опыт работы изолировщиком от 1 3 лет (рассматриваем кандидатов с меньшим опытом при наличии профильного обучения и готовности работать в бригаде). Наличие свидетельства/удостоверения по профессии Изолировщик с указанием разряда (желательно 3 5 разряд). Понимание чертежей, схем, монтажных узлов. Знание технологий теплоизоляции и гидроизоляции, свойств изоляционных материалов (теплопроводность, влагостойкость, рабочие температуры). Опыт работы с материалами типа минеральной/базальтовой ваты, рулонными изоляторами, мастиками, ППУ-скорлупами и аналогами. Физическая выносливость, аккуратность, ответственность, умение работать в команде.
