Если вы из тех, кто знает производство изнутри от станка до готового изделия читайте дальше.Мы- компания Шатим - и мы производим алюминиевые окна и двери. Производство растёт, заказов становится больше, и нам нужен человек, который возьмёт цех под контроль и удержит его по качеству, по срокам, по людям.Мы уже выстраиваем систему: прописаны 14 этапов техпроцесса, введён хронометраж операций, строится карта потока. Фундамент есть. Нужен тот, кто будет на нём работать и строить дальше! ВАМ ПРЕДСТОИТ: Управлять производственным процессом от резки профиля до упаковки готовой продукции 14 технологических этапов. Обеспечивать выполнение плана по объёму, качеству и срокам. Выстраивать работу бригад, распределять нагрузку, контролировать дисциплину. Участвовать во внедрении бережливого производства: выявлять узкие места, сокращать потери. Взаимодействовать с технологом, складом, отделом продаж по оперативным вопросам. Вести производственную отчётность, анализировать выработку и отклонения. Контролировать соблюдение техпроцессов, охраны труда и техники безопасности.

ЧТО ВАЖНО: Опыт руководства производством от 3 лет (окна, двери, металлоконструкции) Знание, как устроено производство алюминиевых или ПВХ конструкций Умение разговаривать с рабочими и добиваться результата без крика Видите проблему предлагаете решение, а не ждёте команды Готовы быть на производстве, а не только в кабинете ВЫ ПОЛУЧАЕТЕ: Зарплату выше рынка: Назовите ожидания на собеседовании найдём решение, если вы подходите. Реальные полномочия: Вы управляете производством, а не согласовываете каждый шаг. Решения принимаете сами в рамках плана и качества. Современный техпроцесс: Никакой работы на глазок . Нормативы, стандарты, чек-листы на каждом этапе. Ваша задача держать систему и развивать её. Команду, которую можно вырастить: Люди есть, костяк работает.
