The posting

Ведение амбулаторного приема пациентов (взрослых и детей) и оказание помощи на дому, включая неотложную. Проведение осмотра, составление плана обследования, интерпретация анализов (лабораторных, инструментальных), установление диагноза и назначение лечения при наиболее распространенных заболеваниях . Осуществление патронажа беременных, новорожденных, лиц пожилого возраста и инвалидов . Проведение диспансеризации, профилактических осмотров, вакцинации и противоэпидемических мероприятий на участке, выявление факторов риска и скрытых форм заболеваний . Отбор пациентов для госпитализации, направление на консультации к узким специалистам, оформление санаторно-курортных карт, проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности (выдача больничных листов) Ведение учетно-отчетной медицинской документации, в том числе в электронном виде (работа с ЕГИСЗ, РМИС) . Контроль и координация работы среднего и младшего медперсонала кабинета (медсестер, фельдшера) .

Высшее медицинское образование по специальностям Лечебное дело или Педиатрия . Ординатура по специальности Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина) или профессиональная переподготовка по данной специальности при наличии действующей аккредитации по терапии или педиатрии . Действующая аккредитации по специальности Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина) . Владение методиками диагностики и лечения в рамках общей практики, уверенное пользование ПК и медицинскими информационными системами . Ответственность, доброжелательность, умение находить подход к разным возрастным группам пациентов, коммуникабельность .
