The posting

Уборка территории. Подметание тротуаров, асфальтированных участков, отмосток, хозяйственных и контейнерных площадок от пыли, мелкого мусора и листьев (часто с использованием средств малой механизации). Работа с мусором. Сбор, транспортировка и загрузка отходов в контейнеры с закрывающимися крышками (их размещают на оборудованных площадках с водонепроницаемым покрытием). При этом важно не допускать переполнения обычно контейнеры заполняют примерно на 2/3. Также дворник ежедневно очищает урны, а периодически промывает и дезинфицирует их. Уход за зелёными насаждениями. Полив газонов, клумб и других насаждений. Сезонные работы. Летом не менее двукратный покос травы. Осенью ежедневная уборка опавшей листвы. Зимой очистка от снега и наледи тротуаров, дорожек, подъездных путей, посыпка их песком или противогололёдными составами (при этом важно не использовать химические реагенты). Также зимой дворник очищает от снега и наледи крышки канализационных и пожарных колодцев, удаляет сосульки с козырьков. Обслуживание системы водоотведения. Рытьё и прочистка канавок и лотков для стока воды, осмотр и очистка дождеприёмных решёток. Подготовка инвентаря. Например, проведение мероприятий по подготовке уборочного оборудования к работе в зимний период.

Не моложе 18 лет. Образование. Основное общее образование (9 классов). Отсутствие ограничений на работу в сфере образования. В соответствии со ст. 351.1 ТК РФ не допускаются лица: имеющие или имевшие судимость, подвергающиеся уголовному преследованию (за исключением прекращённого по реабилитирующим основаниям), признанные недееспособными, а также имеющие заболевания из утверждённого перечня. Медицинские осмотры. Обязательны предварительный медосмотр при приёме на работу, периодические осмотры, а также внеочередные по направлению работодателя. Психиатрическое освидетельствование. Проводится не реже одного раза в 5 лет. Гигиеническая подготовка. Проводится при приёме на работу и далее не реже одного раза в два года. Вакцинация. Наличие актуальной вакцинации согласно национальному календарю. Личная медицинская книжка. Должна содержать результаты обследований, сведения о прививках, перенесённых инфекционных заболеваниях и допуске к работе.
