The posting

Изучать проектно-сметную документацию и проверять её на соответствие строительным нормам. Выявлять ошибки, нестыковки или дефицит объемов в полученных чертежах и сметах. Согласовывать с проектировщиками и заказчиком изменения в проекте или замену материалов. Разрабатывать графики производства работ, ППР (проекты производства работ) и технологические карты. Составлять и проверять сметы, калькуляции стоимости материалов и акты выполненных работ. Оформлять исполнительную документацию (акты скрытых работ, акты ответственных конструкций, исполнительные схемы). Вести общий и специальные журналы учета выполнения строительно-монтажных работ. Проверять объемы фактически выполненных на объекте работ и сопоставлять их с проектными данными. Оформлять отчетные документы для заказчика и субподрядчиков по формам КС-2 (акт приемки) и КС-3 (справка о стоимости). Списывать строительные материалы по форме М-29 на основе нормативных расходов. Формировать и сдавать итоговый пакет приемо-сдаточной документации рабочей или государственной комиссии.

Знать нормативную базу строительства (СНиП, СП, ГОСТ ), градостроительное законодательство и стандарты оформления исполнительной документации. Уметь свободно читать сложные чертежи, схемы, спецификации и проектно-сметную документацию. Владеть на уверенном уровне программами AutoCAD (или nanoCAD), MS Excel (формулы, графики) и пакетом MS Office. Знать порядок составления и проверки актов выполненных работ по формам КС-2, КС-3 и списания материалов по форме М-29 . Понимать технологию и последовательность строительных процессов на площадке.
