The posting

Медицинская сестра функциональной диагностики обязана: 2.1. Подготавливать кабинет, аппаратуру и расходные материалы к работе: проверять исправность оборудования, наличие бумаги/плёнки/электродов, дезинфицирующих средств, укладок неотложной помощи. 2.2. Выполнять функциональные исследования по назначению врача, в том числе: ЭКГ (в т. ч. с пробами, холтеровское мониторирование, СМАД при наличии допуска и обучения); спирометрию и другие методы оценки функции внешнего дыхания; ЭЭГ, реоэнцефалографию и иные нейрофизиологические исследования в зависимости от профиля отделения и своей подготовки. 2.3. Подготавливать пациента к исследованию: разъяснять порядок процедуры, снимать металлические предметы, правильно накладывать электроды/датчики, контролировать положение тела, объяснять правила поведения во время исследования (задержка дыхания, выполнение проб и т. п.). 2.4. Контролировать состояние пациента во время исследования: оценивать самочувствие, пульс, АД при необходимости, своевременно выявлять признаки ухудшения состояния и информировать врача. 2.5. Обеспечивать инфекционную безопасность: соблюдать правила дезинфекции, предстерилизационной очистки и стерилизации многоразовых изделий, утилизировать отходы класса Б, обрабатывать поверхности и датчики по регламенту. 2.6. Вести медицинскую и учётную документацию: регистрировать пациентов и исследования, заполнять протоколы и журналы, маркировать носители (ленты, диски, файлы), обеспечивать хранение и передачу данных врачу. 2.7. Выявлять и фиксировать простейшие неисправности аппаратуры, оформлять заявки на ремонт/техническое обслуживание, вести журнал учёта работы оборудования.
