Отслеживать гидрометеорологическую, пожарную обстановки на территории Бийского района, отрабатывать алгоритм действий при получении информации об угрозе или возникновении ЧС природного, техногенного характеров, при совершении террористического акта и т.д.; готовить донесения об имевших место ЧС и происшествиях по установленной форме; отрабатывать самостоятельно поступающие документы по линии ЕДДС; готовить доклад и присутствовать на заслушивании оперативного дежурного ЕДДС на селекторных совещаниях, готовить доклад оперативного дежурного ЕДДС по оперативной обстановке за сутки для заступающего на следующие сутки оперативного дежурного ЕДДС; уточнять дежурные силы и средства ДДС заступающих на сутки, составлять оперативную сводку; доводить прогноз ЧС природного и техногенного характера на территории Алтайского края до глав сельсоветов, глав администраций сельсоветов, ДДС, готовить отчет о получении прогноза; проводить корректировку разработанных электронных паспортов территорий Бийского района (объектов); принимать от населения и организаций Бийского района сообщения о любых ЧС и происшествиях по телефону 112, либо других источников, несущих информацию об угрозе или факте возникновения ЧС, фиксировать все сообщения в электронном рабочем журнале, проводить анализ и оценку достоверности поступившей информации и немедленно доводить поступившую информацию до Главы района, заместителей Главы Администрации района в части, касающейся, начальника отдела ГОЧС и МР, до ДДС экстренных оперативных служб и организаций Бийского района, в компетенцию, которых входит реагирование на принятое сообщение; собирать и доводить необходимую информацию об оперативной обстановке, принятых и рекомендуемых мерах; обобщать информацию о ЧС и происшествиях (за сутки дежурства), ходе работ по их ликвидации; собирать посредством телефонной связи необходимую информацию по району и обрабатывать ее в электронном виде посредством составления таблиц или других форм; оповещать состав комиссии по чрезвычайным ситуациям и пожарной безопасности, руководящий состав Администрации Бийского района, службы гражданской обороны района, руководителей исполнительных органов сельсоветов, руководителей организаций и т.д. согласно планам оповещения.

Должен иметь навыки владения современными средствами связи, методами и технологиями работы с информацией, работы с оперативными и иными документами, работы на компьютере на уровне уверенного пользователя.
