Аудит и контроль системы охраны труда и пожарной безопасности на предприятии (анализ документации, оборудования, инструментов, зданий и сооружений, действий персонала). Разработка программ, стандартов предприятия, документов и основных процедур системы управления охраной труда и пожарной безопасности (определение политики по вопросам охраны труда и пожарной безопасности, формирование комплекса положений и необходимых приказов, разработка и утверждение программ обучения и инструкций). Организация обучения работников по охране труда и противопожарной безопасности (привлечение учебных центров, обучение каждой единицы оплачивается отдельно по тарифу учебного центра). Организация и координация проведения работ по аттестации рабочих мест по условиям труда (привлечение специализированной организации, аттестация рабочих мест оплачивается отдельно по тарифу специализированной организации). Ежемесячная проверка проведения вводных и систематических инструктажей с персоналом, ведения журналов и протоколов (периодичность проведения инструктажей определяется в соответствии с законодательством, правилами и нормами принятыми в РФ.). Проведение текущей работы и необходимого документооборота с внешними организациями и контролирующими органами. Оперативный контроль безопасности производственных процессов и соблюдения персоналом требований по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. Участие в согласовании и (или) оценке по вопросам охраны труда и пожарной безопасности разрабатываемой на предприятии проектной документации, в работе комиссий по приемке в эксплуатацию законченных строительством или реконструированных объектов производственного назначения, по приемке из ремонта установок, агрегатов и другого оборудования в части соблюдения требований нормативных правовых актов по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. Доведение до сведения работников предприятия вводимых в действие новых законодательных и нормативных правовых актов по охране труда. Организация и контроль хранения на предприятии документации по охране труда и пожарной безопасности, составление отчетности по установленным формам и в соответствии со сроками, установленными нормативными правовыми актами по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. Организация и проведение на предприятии противоаварийных и противопожарных тренировок и тренингов персонала. организация и координация мероприятий по обеспечению персонала предприятия средствами индивидуальной защиты.
