2.1. Выполняет работу по ведению бухгалтерского учета в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства по учету расчетов по принятым обязательствам с работниками учреждения, расчетов по платежам в бюджеты, расчетов по удержаниям из выплат по оплате труда, резервов предстоящих расходов по МКУК Нолинская ЦБС, МКУК ЦКС Нолинского района. 2.1.1. Осуществляет прием и контроль первичной документации по участку заработная плата и подготавливает их к счетной обработке. 2.1.2.Начисляет заработную плату, отпускные, а также пособия по листам временной нетрудоспособности работникам подведомственных учреждений. 2.1.3. Ведет заполнение карточки-справки и начисление налога на доходы с физических лиц по заработной плате работников подведомственных учреждений, расчетной ведомости по заработной плате, а также расчетных листков сотрудников. 2.1.4. В соответствии с исполнительными документами об обращении взыскания на заработную плату и иные доходы должника ведет учет удержания и перечислении денежных средств, а также предоставляет судебному приставу исполнителю один раз в квартал, информацию об удержании и перечислении денежных средств должника, осуществляет контроль за возвратом копии исполнительного листа в случае увольнения работника либо по окончании удержания. 2.1.5. Проводит инструктаж с лицами по вопросам составления табелей учета использования рабочего времени и расчета заработной платы. 2.1.6 Начисляет пособия по временной нетрудоспособности за счет средств работодателя, формирует заявления о выплате (перерасчёте) пособия за счет средств ФСС, формирует и направляет электронные реестры сведений, необходимые для назначения и выплаты пособий в общеустановленном порядке посредством ТКС. 2.1.7. Формирует платежные поручения на выплату отпускных и иных выплат. 2.1.8. Составляет необходимые справки, сведения по зарплате. 2.1.9. Ведет учет начисления резерва на отпуска и другое

На должность бухгалтера отдела бухгалтерского учета адми-нистрации Нолинского района назначается лицо со средним специальным или высшим профессиональным образованием по бухгалтерскому учету, со стажем работы по данной специальности не менее 3 лет.
