Принимать заявки от сотрудников, ответственных за их подачу, на размещение заказов на поставки товаров, выполнение работ, оказание услуг для нужд лечебного учреждения в соответствии с планами-графиками размещения заказов на поставки товаров, выполнение работ, оказание услуг для нужд заказчиков. Проверять их на соответствие требованиям нормативной документации, в случае необходимости возвращать их подавшему лицу с указанием причин возврата. Проводить и проверять мониторинг цен на поставки товаров, выполнение работ, оказание услуг. Делать расчеты обоснования начальной (максимальной) цены закупки. Размещать на официальном сайте планы-графики (изменения планов-графиков) размещения заказов на поставки товаров, выполнение работ, оказание услуг для нужд лечебного учреждения, разработанные и утвержденные в соответствии с требованиями. Разрабатывать извещения о проведении запроса котировок в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства. Размещать извещения о проведении запросов котировок, а так же документацию запроса котировок на официальном сайте РФ в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства. На основании полученных данных готовить и представлять отчетность в органы государственной власти, которые в соответствии со своими полномочиями вправе направлять запросы о представлении такой отчетности по утвержденным ими формам. Передавать протоколы, составляемые в ходе проведения запросов котировок и проект муниципального контракта (договора) победителю. Принимать котировочные заявки, в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства. Формировать и вести электронную базу документации по проведенным процедурам при размещении заказов. До 05 числа каждого месяца следующим за отчетным информировать главного врача, заместителя главного врача по экономическим вопросам об эффективности размещения заказов на поставки товаров, выполнение работ и оказание услуг, размещенных за прошедший месяц и нарастающим итогом с начала года. Подготавливать письменный отчет по данным показателям.
