Обязанности: В торгово-производственную компанию требуется бухгалтер-операционист с высшим образованием и обязательным опытом работы в бухгалтерии. Сфера деятельности компании: оптовая торговля и производство/фасовка продуктов питания (орехи, сухофрукты, семена, крупы). Работа с юридическими лицами. Обязанности Ведение первичного бухгалтерского учета. Выписка и проведение в 1С счетов, УПД, накладных, актов и других первичных документов. Проверка правильности оформления входящих документов от поставщиков. Сбор и контроль наличия всей первичной документации. Работа с возвратами и корректировочными документами (УКД). Загрузка, выгрузка и обработка документов через ЭДО. Работа в Контур.Диадок, СБИС. Работа с банковскими выписками, разнесение поступлений и оплат в 1С. Контроль дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. Проведение сверок с покупателями и поставщиками, подготовка актов сверки. Контроль подписания документов контрагентами. Работа с транспортными накладными и сопроводительными документами. Подготовка документов по запросу главного бухгалтера. Подготовка и сбор документов по требованиям ФНС. Взаимодействие с поставщиками и покупателями по вопросам бухгалтерских документов. Работа с ФГИС «Зерно» и СДИЗ — будет преимуществом. Требование Высшее образование — обязательно (экономическое, финансовое или бухгалтерское). Опыт работы в бухгалтерии — обязателен. Хорошее знание бухгалтерского учета и понимание бухгалтерских проводок. Знание требований к оформлению первичной документации. Уверенное владение 1С:Бухгалтерия 8.3 / 1С:Фреш. Уверенный пользователь ПК, Excel, Word. Опыт работы с системами электронного документооборота. Знание Контур.Диадок, СБИС. Понимание порядка работы с УПД, УКД, актами, накладными и транспортными документами. Знание актуальных требований законодательства РФ к бухгалтерской первичной документации. Внимательность при работе с цифрами и документами. Ответственность, исполнительность и умение соблюдать установленные сроки. Важно Мы рассматриваем кандидата с реальным практическим опытом работы в бухгалтерии. Нам нужен не просто оператор по выписке документов, а специалист, который понимает бухгалтерский учет, проводки, умеет самостоятельно проверить документ, увидеть ошибку и правильно отразить операцию в 1С. Условия Работа в офисе в Санкт-Петербурге. Официальное трудоустройство. Пятидневная рабочая неделя. Стабильная работа в действующей компании. Заработная плата обсуждается по результатам собеседования.
