Осуществляет методическое руководство отделением социальной реабилитации. Организует текущее и перспективное планирование деятельности Отделения. Координирует работу отделения по выполнению годовых планов и программ сопровождения. Осуществляет систематический контроль над качеством проводимой социально-бытовой и социально-средовой реабилитации, посещает занятия, режимные моменты, проводимые специалистами, анализирует их форму и содержание, доводит результаты анализа до сведения руководства и специалистов. Оказывает помощь детям, родителям, коллективу в решении конкретных проблем. Ведет документацию по установленной форме и использует ее по назначению. Организует и координирует разработку необходимой методической документации. Организует просветительскую работу для родителей, проводит консультации по вопросам социальной реабилитации. Изучает влияние психологических, экономических и организационных факторов на трудовую деятельность работников организации в целях разработки мероприятий по улучшению их условий труда и повышения эффективности работы. Участвует в осуществлении мер по производственной и профессиональной адаптации новых сотрудников и специалистов, добровольцев. Оказывает помощь сотрудникам Отделения в освоении и разработке инновационных программ и технологий. Составляет расписание занятий и других видов мероприятий, в том числе культурно-досуговой деятельности, обеспечивает качественную и своевременную замену занятий временно отсутствующих специалистов. Обеспечивает своевременное составление установленной текущей и отчетной документации всеми специалистами Отделения. Оказывает методическую помощь специалистам. Проводит консультации для специалистов с целью оказания им практической помощи. Разрабатывает и контролирует вместе со специалистами индивидуальный маршрут сопровождения ребенка. Участвует в подборе и расстановке кадров Отделения, организует повышение их квалификации и профессионального мастерства. Обеспечивает подготовку материалов для организации праздников и утренников в группе.
