1. Главный специалист осуществляет ведение бухгалтерского учета расчетов с поставщиками и подрядчиками субъектов централизованного учета, в том числе: 1.1. Принимает к учету первичные учетные документы по операциям; 1.2. Ведет текущую группировку и итоговое обобщение операций; 1.3. Осуществляет подготовку необходимых документов при проведении различного вида внешних и внутренних проверок.

1. Главный специалист должен уметь: 1.1. Пользоваться программными продуктами: 1С: Бухгалтерия государственного учреждения, 1С: Документооборот государственного учреждения, Составление и исполнение доходов и расходов бюджетов субъектов, ЗАТО и муниципальных образований в технологии СМАРТ с расширенным функционалом по исполнению бюджета ( Бюджет СМАРТ ), справочные правовые системы ( КонсультантПлюс, Гарант ), пакет офисных программ Microsoft Office; 1.2. Составлять (оформлять) первичные учетные документы в бумажной и электронной форме, владеть приемами комплексной проверки первичных документов; 1.3. Осуществлять регистрацию данных, содержащихся в первичных учетных документах, в регистрах бухгалтерского учета, составлять бухгалтерские проводки в соответствии с рабочим планом счетов; 1.4. Сопоставлять данные аналитического учета с оборотами и остатками по счетам синтетического учета на последний календарный день каждого месяца; 1.5. Выявлять и исправлять ошибки, допущенные при ведении бухгалтерского (бюджетного) учета, в соответствии с установленными правилами; 1.6. Эффективно организовывать свою деятельность и планировать рабочее время; 1.7. Применять на практике профессиональные знания, положения законодательства; анализировать и обобщать информацию; 1.8. Эффективно взаимодействовать с работниками других отделов Учреждения, а также с работниками субъектов централизованного учета; 1.9. Не допускать межличностных конфликтов при выполнении должностных обязанностей.
