1.Своевременно и надлежащим образом организовывает производство строительно-монтажных работ в соответствии с графиками и планами производства работ, проектной документацией, строительными нормами и правилами, техническими условиями и другими нормативными документами. 2. Получает до начала работ техническую документацию на строительство объектов от производственно-технического отдела. 3. Обеспечивает соблюдение: - технологической последовательности производства строительно-монтажных работ на участке, - контроля качества и сроков строительных работ; - трудовой дисциплины на участке; - техники безопасности, пожарной безопасности при производстве работ. 4. Обеспечивает выполнение недельно суточных планов согласно графика строительства. 5. Изучает и знает планово-сметную документацию (ПСД), СНиПы, технические условия, чертежи, нормативную документацию по охране труда и технике безопасности, пожарной безопасности. 6. Обеспечивает своевременное и качественное выполнение предписаний органов государственного контроля и надзора, в связи с выявленными нарушениями при выполнении должностных обязанностей по осуществлению руководства за выполнением вида строительных работ. 7. Участвует в сдаче заказчикам законченных строительством объектов, отдельных этапов и комплексов работ по видам работ. 8. Организовывает приобъектное складское хозяйство, входной контроль качества строительных материалов и конструкций, учёт материальных ценностей. Осуществляет надлежащую приемку материалов и выполненных третьими лицами работ; правильное оформление первичных документов о приемке материалов, работ, в том числе своевременное и правильное оформление актов при расхождении фактического объема и качества материалов, работ предъявляемым первичным документам. 9. Своевременно оформляет и сдает материальные отчёты являясь материально-ответственным лицом. Осуществляет приемку, учет, организацию хранения, контроль за движением и выдачу в работу материальных ценностей, учет излишков материалов, с оформлением своевременно необходимой документации в установленном порядке. Ежемесячно производит списание материалов по закрепленному объекту с заполнением отчета по форме, утвержденной в Обществе, согласно норм, выданных инженером производственно-технического отдела. 10. Инструктирует мастеров и рабочих, контролирует своевременность проведения проверок знаний работников и направление их для обучения и проверки знаний по безопасным методам труда. 11.. Контролирует состояние техники безопасности, соблюдение правил охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и производственной санитарии, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, норм положения о корпоративной этике и служебного поведения и принимает меры к устранению выявленных нарушений. 12. Ведет журнал оперативного контроля за состоянием охраны труда и техники безопасности на строительном объекте и т.д..
