Осуществлять работу по экономическому планированию на предприятии, направленному на организацию хозяйственной деятельности. Собирать исходные данные для формирования планов служебных командировок текущих и годовых, с ежеквартальной корректировкой. Разрабатывать с учетом собранных данных с участков и подразделений перечни эксплуатации и обследования автомобильных дорог с разбивкой по кварталам. Доводит плановые показатели до производственных подразделений предприятия. Осуществлять статистическую отчётность годовую, ежеквартальную. Осуществлять проверку первичной документации участков и обособленных подразделений. Осуществлять проверку авансовых отчётов участков и обособленных подразделений. Принимает участие в инвентаризации соответствующих объектов с соответствием законодательством Российской Федерации и федеральными отраслевыми стандартами. Вести учет и контроль за ходом выполнения плановых заданий по участкам и подразделениям.. Подготавливает периодическую отчетность в установленные сроки. Выполнять работы по формированию, ведению и хранению базы данных планово-экономической информации, вносит изменения в справочную и нормативную информацию, используемую при обработке данных. Участвать в формулировании экономической постановки задач либо отдельных их этапов, решаемых с помощью вычислительной техники. Выполнять отдельные поручения начальника ДЭУ и ДД или начальника гаража.

Должен знать: законодательные акты, постановления, распоряжения, приказы, другие руководящие, методические и нормативные материалы по планированию, учету и анализу деятельности предприятия.Организацию плановой работы организации.
