The posting

1) участвует в осуществлении мер по противодействию коррупции в границах городского округа муниципального образования города Братска Иркутской области (далее город Братск): а) проводит антикоррупционную экспертизу нормативных правовых актов города Братска (далее МНПА) и проектов МНПА; б) подготавливает заключения по результатам правовой экспертизы МНПА; 2) анализирует законодательство в пределах полномочий органов местного самоуправления, отнесенных к полномочиям администрации муниципального образования города Братска (далее администрация), подготавливает самостоятельно либо совместно с отраслевыми, функциональными и территориальными органами администрации предложения о разработке новых, изменении, признании утратившими силу, отмене или приостановлении действия ранее принятых муниципальных правовых актов города Братска (далее МПА); 3) оказывает правовую помощь структурным подразделениям администрации в подготовке и оформлении МПА; 4) разрабатывает или участвует в разработке проектов должностных инструкций (далее проекты ДИ) муниципальных служащих, работников администрации, должности которых созданы для осуществления технического обеспечения деятельности администрации, вспомогательного персонала администрации (далее совместно именуемые работники); 5) осуществляет проверку поступивших в управление проектов ДИ, консультирует специалистов администрации по вопросам разработки новых, изменении, признании утратившими силу должностных инструкций работников; 6) оказывает консультативную помощь органам администрации по вопросам, входящим в полномочия управления, возложенными на отдел (далее полномочия); 7) подготавливает предложения, замечания разработчикам нормативных правовых актов по внесению изменений в федеральное, областное законодательство.

Умения: 1) работать в информационно-правовых системах КонсультантПлюс, Гарант; 2) подготавливать информационные, аналитические и справочные материалы.
