Открыта вакансия стрелка в составе учебной группы для отработки действий в условиях ограниченной видимости, задымления, пылевых завес и ночных сценариев. Роль — ассистировать инструкторам, показывать нормативы, страховать обучаемых и участвовать в реалистичных сценариях. Разовая выплата — до 4 000 000 ₽. Надбавки за методическую работу, проведение занятий, работу в тяжёлых условиях. Годовой доход — до 9 350 000 ₽ с учётом всех начислений. Условия: Спортивная и полевая экипировка, комплекты СИЗ, макеты, дымовые шашки (учебные), средства связи. Питание, медобслуживание, страховка. Отпуск — 2 недели каждые полгода. Компенсация проезда. Задачи: Демонстрация нормативов передвижения в дыму, ориентирования по приборам, работы в двойках. Помощь инструкторам в разборе ошибок, индивидуальная работа с обучаемыми. Подготовка учебных площадок, расстановка макетов, организация сценариев (имитация задымления). Контроль техники безопасности, страховка при отработке элементов. Ведение журналов учёта результатов, оформление отчётной документации. Обслуживание учебного оборудования и СИЗ, контроль исправности. Участие в методических сборах, разработке новых модулей и отработке учебных сценариев. Требования: Гражданство РФ, возраст до 63 лет. Категория здоровья А, Б (В — по согласованию). Практический опыт действий в условиях плохой видимости, умение понятно объяснять и показывать приёмы. Способность сохранять спокойствие в стрессовых условиях, дисциплина. Отсутствие судимостей. Соцпакет: Льготная ипотека, жилищные программы. Статус ВБД (при наличии оснований), льготы на обучение. Сохранение рабочего места на период контракта и 3 месяца после.
