Основные обязанности: сбор и анализ требований: выявлять, систематизировать и документировать различные требования заказчиков (внутренних и внешних) к разрабатываемым программным продуктам и решениям, проводить анализ предметной области; моделирование процессов: разрабатывать и описывать процессы заказчика в части автоматизации с использованием нотации BPMN 2.0, а также формировать объектные модели; разработка документации: создавать системные и другие постановки задач, частные технические задания. Участвовать в разработке документации на этапах эскизного и технического проектирования; взаимодействие с командой: осуществлять верификацию полноты реализации поставленных задач разработчиками, участвовать в итоговой оценке реализованного функционала и давать обратную связь разработчикам; участие в проектах внедрения: взаимодействовать с клиентами на переговорах для уточнения потребностей, участвовать в разработке технического задания на выполнение проектных работ и согласовывать проектную документацию; анализ рынка и нормативных требований: анализировать актуальные нормативно-правовые акты (НПА) для приведения функциональности ПО в соответствие с законодательными требованиями; сопровождение продукта на всех стадиях жизненного цикла: участвовать в формировании структуры требований к продукту, подготовке плана разработки, подготовке обучающих материалов; участие в верификации: участвовать в промежуточных и приемо-сдаточных испытаниях, прототипировании; контролировать правильность оформления пользовательской документации и участвовать в доработках системы в рамках гарантийного и постгарантийного обслуживания.

Необходимо: практический опыт работы аналитиком на IT-проектах не менее трех лет; знание принципов разработки ПО, проектирования пользовательских интерфейсов, интеграции систем; навыки работы с функциональными и другими требованиями. Умение понимать потребности заказчика, структурировать их, анализировать, формализовать, выделять существенное и, в конечном итоге, сформировать ясные и непротиворечивые постановки для команды разработчиков; опыт написания технической документации в рамках ГОСТ 34; умение проводить функциональное тестирование реализованных задач; понимание современных методологий и практик разработки ПО (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD); понимание протоколов взаимодействия в рамках интеграционных процессов; практический опыт использования инструментария, используемого для описания бизнес-процессов и объектных моделей (XML/XSD, BPMN, UML, IDEF и т.п.); аналитический склад ума, внимательность; хорошие коммуникативные навыки, умение отстоять свою точку зрения; не самый плохой английский способность читать техническую литературу. Желательно: работы с базами данных написание SQL-запросов; опыт подготовки и проведения презентаций; опыт использования систем коллективной работы (Confluence); опыт работы с информационными системами, обеспечивающими процесс разработки (системы контроля версий - git, svn).
