The posting

1. Обеспечение безопасности информации, циркулирующей в локальной сети и ИСПДн департамента, серверов, сетевых устройств, в том числе с использованием средств криптографической защиты информации. Анализ состояния защиты ИСПДн и ее отдельных компонентов. 2. Обеспечение учета, хранения, выдачи, изъятия, уничтожения средств криптографической защиты информации, а также непрерывности и правильности их эксплуатации. 3. Реализация мероприятий по защите информации от несанкционированного доступа, вирусного воздействия, других ситуаций, которые могут повлечь уничтожение, повреждение, искажение информации. 4. Установка и настройка программного обеспечения на серверах и рабочих станциях, входящих в состав ИСПДн департамента. 5. Исполнение требований нормативных документов в части криптографической защиты информации. 6. Разработка локальных нормативных документов, регулирующих вопросы обеспечения информационной безопасности департамента; 7. Контроль состояния информационной безопасности в департаменте, в т. ч. периодические проверки рабочих станций и тестирование правильности функционирования средств защиты информации, контроль соблюдения сотрудниками департамента нормативных актов, регулирующих вопросы информационной безопасности и обработки персональных данных, оперативное реагирование на поступающие сигналы о нарушениях установленных правил доступа, анализ журналов регистрации событий безопасности и т. п. 8. Разработка и исполнение планов организационно-технических мероприятий по защите информации департамента и рекомендаций (предписаний) по защите информации, направленных на повышение уровня безопасности. 9. Определение возможности использования готовых программ и сопровождение внедренных программных средств, в том числе по информационной защите. 10. Анализ и устранение (в пределах установленных полномочий) аварийных ситуаций в работе информационных систем; 11. Уточнение в установленном порядке обязанностей пользователей ИСПДн по обработке персональных данных.
