Юрисконсульт 2 категории принимает участие в разработке документов правового характера. Исполняет распоряжения, приказы и поручения специалиста по абонентскому обслуживанию потребителей подразделения Вспомогательное производство . Ведет справочно-информационную работу по законодательству и взыскание дебиторской задолженности в судебном порядке. Ведение исполнительного производства представление интересов . Ведет претензионно-исковую работу с юридическими и физическими лицами, допустившими нарушение условий оплаты, либо не выполняющими согласованные графики погашения долга. Так же ведет работу: -по возврату задолженности в рамках внесудебной работы; -ведению переписки, переговоров с потребителем по вопросам начислений; -по направлению должникам требования о возврате долга; -инвентаризацию дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности; 2.5.Ведет работу по сопровождению процесса исполнения решений суда в службе судебных приставов (ФССП). Контролирует своевременность представления справок, расчетов, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки ответов на претензии. Предоставляет руководству отчетов о проделанной работе и результатах взыскания. Организация текущего хранения документов. Подготовка и отправка запросов. Обеспечение сохранности проходящей служебной документации.

Высшее юридическое образование. Знание законодательства РФ и нормативных актов, регулирующих деятельность компаний соответствующей сферы. Знание корпоративного, гражданского, трудового, договорного, налогового права. Уверенный пользователь справочно-правовых систем КонсультантПлюс . Хорошие переговорные навыки.
