Регулярный осмотр и проверка исправности оборудования; Планово-предупредительный ремонт (ППР) и испытания оборудования по установленному графику; Проверка, калибровка параметров работы электроустановок и тепломеханического оборудования; Контроль графических интерфейсов системы визуализации; Своевременное реагирование на текстовые и звуковые предупреждения; Ведение оперативной документации. Заполнение журналов учета выполненных работ, составление заявок на запчасти и отчетов о техническом состоянии оборудования.

Среднее профессиональное или высшее техническое образование (Электромеханика, Автоматизация, Электропривод); Действующая группа по электробезопасности не ниже IV до и свыше 1000В; Понимание принципов автоматизация и контроля параметров; Умение читать схемы и чертежи; Знания требований правил: ПТЭЭП (Правила технической эксплуатации электроустановок потребителей), ПОТЭУ (Правила по охране труда при эксплуатации электроустановок), ПУЭ (Правила устройства электроустановок); Желательна действующая аттестация по промышленной безопасности; Опыт эксплуатации и обслуживания инженерных сетей зданий и сооружений не менее 3 лет (желательно фармацевтика, пищевая или косметическая отрасль); Опыт выполнения аварийных и плановых ремонтных работ инженерных сетей зданий и сооружений. График работы: 1/3 с 09:00 до 09:00; Программа ДМС со стоматологией после успешного прохождения срока испытания; Место работы: пос. Шушары, индустриальный парк Софийский; Развозка от ст.метро "Шушары".
