Оказание квалифицированной медицинской помощи по специальности Акушерство и гинекология с использованием современных методов профилактики, диагностики, лечения и реабилитации. Сбор анамнеза, жалоб и проведение обследования пациентов. Включает осмотр с использованием гинекологического зеркала, бимануальное обследование, замеры параметров таза, окружности живота и высоты маточного дна, аускультацию плода стетоскопом или доплеровским аппаратом. Установление/или подтверждение/ диагноза на основании клинических наблюдений, результатов клинико-лабораторных и инструментальных исследований, биопсия, кольпоскопия, гистероскопия, УЗИ, КТГ плода, МРТ тазовых органов и др.,. Формулирование предварительного диагноза и составление плана проведения обследований в соответствии с порядками оказания медицинской помощи, клиническими рекомендациями и стандартами. Определение тактики ведения пациента в соответствии с установленными стандартами. Разработка плана лечения с учётом диагноза, возрастных особенностей и клинической картины. Проведение диагностических, лечебных, реабилитационных и профилактических процедур и мероприятий. Самостоятельное выполнение или организация необходимых манипуляций. Мониторинг состояния беременных вплоть до наступления даты родов, профилактика осложнений. Помощь в планировании семьи и предохранении от нежелательной беременности. Диспансерное наблюдение беременных, недавно родивших женщин, а также пациенток с гинекологическими заболеваниями и доброкачественными диффузными изменениями молочных желёз. Направление пациентов на лабораторные и инструментальные обследования, на консультацию к врачам-специалистам, а также для оказания специализированной,в том числе высокотехнологической, медицинской помощи при наличии медицинских показаний. Определение показаний для госпитализации и организация госпитализации в отделения патологии беременности, родильные дома или другие лечебно-профилактические учреждения по профилю заболевания, экстрагенитальные, эндокринные заболевания, иммуноконфликты и т. д.,. Проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности, определение степени нетрудоспособности, выписание больничных листов. Санитарно-просветительская работа. Разъяснение преимуществ разных методов контрацепции, негативного влияния нездорового образа жизни на репродуктивную функцию, формирование программ здорового образа жизни. Ведение медицинской документации в установленном порядке, включая учёт и отчётность о проделанной работе.
