Ведение приема вместе с врачом-онкологом. Проводить измерение пациентам артериального давления, пульса, температуры тела, антропометрических данных (рост, вес), вносить полученные данные в историю болезни пациента. Вести медицинскую документацию, в том числе в форме электронного документа в соответствии с требованиями, установленными нормативно правовыми актами Российской Федерации и локальными актами ГБУЗ РОД, соблюдая требования по работе с персональными данными пациентов и сведений, составляющих врачебную тайну. Работа с медицинской картой стационарного пациента (Форма №003/у) включает, в том числе, следующие мероприятия: - оформление титульного листа вМИС Промед и его распечатка, оформление бумажного варианта медицинской карты; распечатка первичной записи врача, дневника и пр. записей врача, оформленных в МИС Промед, подклеивание их, а также результатов анализов и других исследований, в медицинскую карту; проверка наличия подписей пациента и врача в информированном добровольном согласии на проведение обследования и лечения; проверка наличия и оформления листа врачебных назначений; проверка заполнения в полном объеме обязательных разделов истории болезни; передача оформленной и проверенной медицинской карты врачу/заведующему отделением. Обеспечивать маршрутизацию пациентов для получения лекарственной терапии в пределах отделения. Проводить подготовку расходных материалов и лекарственных препаратов для проведения лечебных и (или) диагностических вмешательств. Обеспечивать получение, хранение, учет и применение лекарственных препаратов, медицинских изделий в соответствии с нормативными правовыми актами и инструкцией по применению от производителя.

Наличие действующего свидетельства об аккредитации по специальности "Сестринское дело". Прохождение медицинского осмотра перед приемом на работу.

рафик работы по сменам: 1 смена с 08.00 до 15.42 ч., 2 смена с 12.18 до 20.00 ч. Полный соц. пакет. Частичная компенсации расходов по оплате найма жилого помещения молодым специалистам-врачам, не имеющим собственного. Ежегодный отпуск 28+16 к/д (МКС) + отпуск за фактически-отработанное время во вредных условиях. Назначение трудовой пенсии по старости при наличии соответствующего стажа. Возмещение расходов работнику к месту отдыха и обратно и на членов его семьи (дети до 18 лет и находящиеся на иждивении) 1 раз в 2 года, по территории РФ.
