1. Координировать работу симуляционно- тренингового центра отдела платных услуг. 2. Составлять договоры на оказание образовательных услуг в регламентированные сроки по утвержденному образцу, 3. Своевременная подготовка и рассылка договоров для организаций на оказание образовательных услуг, 4. Осуществлять сопровождение заключенных договоров и контроль поступления оплаты за оказанные услуги. В случае несвоевременной оплаты начинать делопроизводство по получению задолженности. 5. Обеспечивать документооборот в симуляционно- тренинговом центре согласно действующим локальным приказам. 6. Осуществлять регулярное внесение в Федеральный Росреестр сведений документов об образовании. 7. Оформлять и осуществлять выдачу удостоверений о повышения квалификации, свидетельств о должности, обеспечивать их сохранность до выдачи. 8. Размещать информацию в сети интернет на официальном сайте ГБУЗ ИОКБ, обеспечивать своевременное внесение информации 9. Своевременно информировать врачей, осуществляющих образовательную деятельность в ГБУЗ ИОКБ о плане образовательных мероприятий для обеспечения готовности к проведению обучения (составление и рассылка ведомостей обучения, подготовка ведомостей промежуточной и итоговой аттестации) 10. Организовывать связи с медицинскими и немедицинскими организациями, учебными заведениями и систему сбора необходимой информации для расширения внешних связей и поиска потенциальных заказчиков образовательных услуг.

Высшее профессиональное, обязательно владение навыками работы на персональном компьютере в среде Windows (Word, Excel, Power Point), уверенный пользователь сети Internet. Наличие профессиональных компетенций в сфере менеджмента приветствуется. Требования к образованию: наличие диплома Менеджмент
