Знать и выполнять требования нормативных актов об охране труда и окружающей среды, соблюдать нормы, методы и приемы безопасного выполнения работ;Обеспечивать контроль за правильную техническую эксплуатацию, непрерывную работу электронного оборудования; проводить профилактические осмотры.Осуществлять контроль за подготовкой электронно-вычислительных машин к работе, технический осмотр отдельных устройств и узлов, контролирует параметры и надежность электронных элементов оборудования, проводит тестовые проверки с целью своевременного обнаружения неисправностей, устраняет их;Анализ и прогноз сроков возможного выхода из строя отдельных элементов цепей автоматизации.Своевременное пополнение базы BACKUP програмного обеспечения промышленных компьютеров, ПЛК, частотных преобразователей, панелей управления и прочих програмных устройств

Высшее техническое образование, опыт работы не менее 3-х лет на производственных предприятиях с промышленным электронным оборудованием и вычислительной техникой. - навыки проведения ремонтных работ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОГО оборудования; - умение читать электрические схемы; - английский технический (желательно); - 3 группа по электробезопасности; - Знать принципы работы и основные причины отказов промышленных, логических контролеров фирм Siemens, Omron, Owen; частотных преобразователей фирм Yaskawa, Schneider Electric, ABB; устройст цепей безопасности фирм Pilz, Schleicher, Omron; датчиков контроля вращения фирм Lika, Sick; контакторов, тепловых реле,реле промежуточных, автоматических выключателей, коммутационных устройств фирм Siemens, Eaton, ABB, полевого оборудования-сенсоров, преобразователей уровней сигналов, термопар, устройств контроля горения, устройств пневмо и гидро управляемых и т.п. - Знать необходимый базовый минимум по принципам работы электронных устройств: реле, контактных групп, контакторов, частотных преобразователях, драйверов шаговых двигателей, дискретных и аналоговых датчиках, энкодеров, расходомеров, сервоприводов, устройств безопасности и иных устройств; - Знать принципыф работ и уметь диагностировать неисправности промышленных сетей передачи данных PROFIBUS, MODBUS RTU, CAN, UNDUSTRIAL ETHERNET, RS-232, RS-485, семиуровневую модель OSI, с соответствующими протоколами; - Иметь базовые знания в формализованных языках программирования Ladder Diagra, Function Block Diagram, Sequential Function Chart. - Иметь практический навык програмирования панелей управления HMI фирм Omron, Effect Viev и програмирование частотных преобразователей фирм Yaskawa - CX Drive, Abb - Drive PM.
