Собственная производственная площадка в Подольском районе МО с парком токарных, фрезерных, электроэрозионного оборудования и 3D-печати. Мастерская металлообработки (Подольск, мкр. Львовский (15мин от ЖД станции) приглашает фрезеровщика в команду. О себе: Я сам мастер и владелец мастерской - без посредников, всё по делу. С меня - адекватность, стабильность и честный расчёт. Ищем перспективного специалиста с техническим образованием для работы в небольшой металлообрабатывающей мастерской. Опыт работы необязателен. Готовы обучать. Обязанности: - Основная цель — постепенная передача технической подготовки производства, включая работу с чертежами, подбор материалов и инструмента, разработку технологической оснастки, программирование станков и подготовку производственных заданий: Техническая подготовка производства: - Создание и анализ машиностроительных чертежей и 3D-моделей заказчиков. - Подбор материалов, заготовок и полуфабрикатов, составление ведомостей необходимых материалов и инструмента, подбор режущего инструмента и технологической оснастки. - Разработка несложной технологической оснастки: приспособлений, оправок, кондукторов, упоров и элементов крепления, подготовка технических заданий для станочников, изготовление прототипов, шаблонов, вспомогательных приспособлений и элементов технологической оснастки. - Определение последовательности изготовления деталей. - Написание программ для проволочно-вырезного электроэрозионного станка DK77 (обучим). - 3D-печать: подготовка 3D-моделей к печати, работа со слайсером и настройка параметров печати, освоение практического применения 3D-печати для производственных задач. Практическая работа в цехе: - Освоение токарных и фрезерных операций на универсальных станках, выполнение несложных производственных задач, подготовка заготовок, инструмента и оснастки, - Участие в наладке и запуске заказов. Требования: - Обязательно: готовность сделать простое тестовое задание. - Техническое образование или обучение на технической специальности. - Базовое умение читать машиностроительные чертежи. - Пространственное мышление и понимание геометрии деталей. - Уверенное владение компьютером. - Интерес к конструированию, механической обработке и производственным технологиям. - Аккуратность, ответственность и способность самостоятельно разбираться в задачах. - Готовность сочетать инженерную работу с практической работой в цехе. Условия: - Рассматриваем студентов последних курсов технических вузов, выпускников машиностроительных колледжей и техникумов, начинающих инженеров-технологов, начинающих инженеров-конструкторов, заинтересованных в производстве, специалистов с базовыми навыками CAD, желающих освоить металлообработку и ЧПУ. - Частичная занятость на старте: ориентировочно 20–30 часов в неделю. - Гибкий график, возможна совместимость с учёбой. - Гибридный формат: инженерные задачи частично удалённо, практические — в цехе. - Регулярное присутствие на производстве обязательно. - Возможность увеличения занятости и заработной платы по мере роста самостоятельности.
