Эксплуатация УПАТС производства Агат РТ: настройка, мониторинг состояния, оперативный поиск и устранение неисправностей, проведение технического обслуживания. Поддержка абонентского парка: монтаж, настройка и ремонт телефонных аппаратов. Системы записи переговоров производства Агат РТ: настройка, мониторинг и поддержка работоспособности оборудования, проведение технического обслуживания. Взаимодействие с операторами связи: расширение услуг, контроль каналов связи, устранение неисправностей на внешних линиях. Обеспечение ЗИП: формирование запаса, подбор аналогов и участие в закупках оборудования связи Развитие и модернизация: реализация планов развития систем связи, участие в экспертизе и рассмотрении проектной и рабочей документации. Документооборот: ведение технической документации, актуализация схем прохождения каналов связи. Закупочная работа: подготовка ТЗ, технических условий, запросов, анализ ТКП (технико-коммерческих предложений). Контроль и надзор: контроль проведения работ по новым и реконструируемым системам. Аналитика и надежность: подготовка информации о дефектах, анализ причин отказов, разработка предложений по их устранению и повышению надежности систем. Ввод в эксплуатацию: участие в отладке, опытной эксплуатации и поэтапном вводе нового оборудования. Безопасность и расследования: участие в комиссиях по расследованию технологических нарушений (в части оборудования телефонной связи). Техническое обслуживание и ремонты: составление графиков, контроль наличия необходимых материалов, выполнение самих работ

Понимание принципов построения сетей телефонной связи и абонентских линий на объекте. Уверенный опыт работы с УПАТС Агат РТ и IP-телефонией (настройка, администрирование, поиск и устранение неисправностей). Понимание архитектуры соединительных линий: аналоговые 2-х проводные СЛ, цифровые на базе Е1 и SIP. Знание стандартов и протоколов: E1, T1, PDH, SDH, STM, EDSS1, H.323, SIP, RTP, TCP/IP. Уверенный пользователь ОС Windows. Опыт работы с ОС Linux приветствуется
