1) обеспечивать организационную работу и соблюдение порядка работы с обращениями граждан, поступающими в Госкомводхоз; 2) обеспечивать выполнение организационных мероприятий по проведению общероссийского и общерегионального дней приема граждан, Прямой линии председателя Госкомводхоза с жителями Республики Крым; 3) ежемесячно представлять информацию об итогах работы с обращениями граждан в Госкомводхозе, состоянию исполнительской дисциплины; 4) обеспечивать в Госкомводхозе работу на закрытом информационном интернет - ресурсе ССТУ.РФ; 5) обеспечивать проведение личного приема граждан заместителями председателя Госкомводхоза, обеспечивать выполнение организационных мероприятий; 6) обеспечивать проведение выездных приемов граждан председателем Госкомводхоза, обеспечивать выполнение организационных мероприятий; 7) оказывать методическую помощь гражданским служащим Госкомводхоза по работе с обращениями граждан и обеспечивать соблюдение порядка работы с обращениями граждан; 8) обеспечивать обработку обращений граждан в программе Автоматизированная система обращений граждан (АСОГ); 9) проведение предупредительного контроля состояния исполнительской дисциплины в Госкомводхозе по рассмотрению обращений граждан;

1) знание государственного языка Российской Федерации (русского языка) 2) знание делопроизводства, документооборота и работы со служебной информацией; 3) знания в области проектной деятельности в системе государственного управления: основное содержание нормативных правовых актов; 4) знания в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий (основы информационной безопасности и защиты информации; основные положения законодательства о персональных данных; общие принципы функционирования системы электронного документооборота; основные положения законодательства об электронной подписи; знания и умения по применению персонального компьютера).
