2.1. Обеспечение исправного состояния подвижного состава, выпуска его на линию в соответствии с графиком. 2.2. Осуществление технического надзора за состоянием парка автотранспортных средств и прицепов на линии и в отстое. 2.3. Разработка графиков обслуживания и ремонта транспортных средств автохозяйства производственного участка и осуществление контроля за качеством и своевременностью выполнения работ. 2.4. Контроль за соблюдением водительским составом правил технической эксплуатации автотранспортных средств и выполнением правил охраны труда и техники безопасности. 2.5. Проведение инструктажей водительского состава автохозяйства перед выездом на линию. 2.6. Изучение условий работы подвижного состава, отдельных деталей и узлов автомобилей с целью выявления причин их преждевременного износа, анализ причин и продолжительности простоев, связанных с техническим состоянием подвижного состава, разработка и внедрение мероприятий по увеличению сроков его службы, по сокращению простоев из-за технических неисправностей. 2.7. Контроль соблюдения норм расхода эксплуатационных материалов. 2.8. Составление обоснованных расчетами заявок по материально-техническому снабжению. 2.9. Участвует в рассмотрении рационализаторских предложений по вопросам поддержания подвижного состава в технически исправном состоянии, обеспечивает внедрение принятых предложений. 2.10. Обеспечивает правильность и своевременность оформления первичных документов по учету рабочего времени, ежедневно ведёт табель учёта рабочего времени на водителей, машинистов и рабочих автохозяйства на производственном участке. 2.11. Контролирует соблюдение работниками правил и норм охраны труда и техники безопасности, производственной и трудовой дисциплины, Правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты.

Требования к квалификации: 1. Образование средне-специальное (техническое); 2. Стаж работы по специальности, на инженерно-технических должностях не менее 2 лет.
