1. Обеспечивает своевременное и качественное выполнение подчиненными сотрудниками возлагаемых на них повседневных задач в строгом соответствии с утвержденным планом работ и целями организации. 2 Обеспечивает сохранность документов Общества, составляющих коммерческую тайну и/или являющихся конфиденциальной информацией Общества, ставших доступными в процессе осуществления своих функциональных обязанностей. 3 Контролирует соблюдение подчиненными работниками правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, инструкций и других нормативно-правовых актов, правил и норм охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и экологии. 4 Управляет материально-техническим снабжением и закупками. 5 Обеспечивает развитие, реализацию и контроль исполнения политики организации в области закупок. 6 Организует планирование закупок согласно долгосрочным, среднесрочным и краткосрочным планам организации. 7 Координирует поиск поставщиков. 8 Организует системы контроля системы контроля за деятельностью контрагентов. 9 Обеспечивает мониторинг качества закупаемого материала в соответствии с заданными стандартами. 9 Организует анализ условий договоров поставок и надежности поставок. 10 Контролирует требования и критерии отбора поставщиков. 11 Согласовывает реестр и выбор поставщиков по установленным критериям. 11 Обеспечивает подготовку и контролирует проведение конкурсных закупок. 12 Инициирует процесс подготовки претензии к поставщикам при нарушении ими договорных обязательств, контролирует составление расчетов по этим претензиям, согласовывает с поставщиками изменения условий заключенных договоров. 12 Разрабатывает и внедряет мероприятия по повышению эффективности использования материальных ресурсов, снижению затрат, связанных с их транспортировкой и хранением, использованию вторичных ресурсов и отходов производства, совершенствованию системы контроля за их расходованием, использованием внутренних ресурсов, выявлению и реализации излишнего сырья, материалов, оборудования и других видов материальных ресурсов.
